At Las Perlitas, it's more than just food—it's a celebration of heritage, community, and the enduring spirit of family entrepreneurship.

What sets Las Perlitas apart is our deep connection to family, culture, and the vibrant community of San Antonio. Inspired by my family and friends, I founded this restaurant to share authentic flavors from the four Latin regions, including dishes from Honduras—inspired by my travels there and my husband's heritage. We're proud to partner directly with Honduran coffee producers, bringing their exceptional beans from farm to cup.

The name "Las Perlitas" reflects our family's entrepreneurial spirit; my father's journey as a Mexican immigrant, overcoming challenges to build his business, is a powerful inspiration. We are the pearls of his dedication.

Our menu showcases unique items like Honduran fried chicken with fried green plantains, alongside imported coffee and Latin-inspired desserts. We're also creating a platform for culinary grads to shine, fostering creativity and innovation in the kitchen.
